Over the years, we have had a lot of people ask us questions regarding our haunt. Here are some of those questions: Q: Where are you located? A: We are located on Irving Park Road & Melvina, just east of Austin and west of Narragannsett. Q: Do I have to wait outside? How long is the wait? A: Generally speaking, no. 99% of the time, the waiting line is located indoors where it is dry and warm. While we have seen our waiting line outside, we always attempt to get everyone inside, especially on colder nights. The wait tends to be shorter on slower nights (usually Thursdays or Sundays) but can be upwards of an hour or more on Fridays and Saturdays. Q: Do you use strobe lights? A: Yes, we use strobe lights in our haunt. We also use fog machines and UV (black) lighting. Q: If I have a group, what should I do? A: Please e-mail us regarding all group rates. Q: What is the age requirement for your haunt? A: We do not recommend this haunt for children under the age of 6. Q: If we buy a ticket but cannot continue into the haunt, can we get our money back? A: Unfortunately, there are NO REFUNDS for any of the tickets purchased. Q: If my child is too scared to finish the haunt, what can I do? A: Emergency exits are available, as are staff members to escort you through. Q: I have someone who is in a wheelchair and they want to come to Saint Pascal's. Is this okay? A: Absolutely! Our haunt is 100% handicap accessible. Please note that we do NOT have any wheelchairs at our location. Q: Will you be selling any food or drinks? A: Yes, we have popcorn, candy bars, soda pop, water, coffee and hot chocolate. Q: I have gone every year and I want to volunteer, what should I do? A: Contact us here and let us know what you want to volunteer for (creature, security, etc.) Q: How long is your haunt? A: Because people move through our haunted house at different paces, we generally tell people that it will take you 10-15 minutes to get through. Q: What kind(s) of creatures are in your haunt? A: We have a wide variety of characters consisting of clowns, demons, movie villains and our own mix of created characters. If you have any other questions that are not answered here, please do not hesitate to contact us. |
